Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or using the online shopping faciltiy. Please do NOT send your credit card data via email. Email channels are generally regarded as unsafe. Mail sent from our website mailform is NOT encrypted and should be treated as such. The shopping cart facility uses 128 bit (Bank Approved) encryption and this is the recommended method.
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The product if shipped must be returned to us in its original form. We will refund any monies within 30 days.

In the case of email complaints your query will be dealt with within 5 (five) working days of receipt of that mail. We will keep you informed by email or by telephone if you have left a number while we investigate your complaint. We aim to resolve any complaint within 5 (five) working days.
Shipping And Handling
Post and packing is included in the order price on all orders.
We will normally send your order to you within 28 days, however, some items may from time to time be temporarily unavailable. In these extreme cases we will call you to advise you on the situation. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products you order from us we will gladly exchange them or give you your money back. The product should be in its original packaging.
